Jean-Marie Lauzier learned his trade from a young age in Montpellier, France and then at the famous 3 Michelin-starred Troisgros restaurant in Roanne.

He continued his journey at the Gavroche in London, where he was world famous master chef Albert Roux's head waiter, before owning and running a number of hotels in the UK, including the Close at Tetbury and others in Cheltenham, Henley-in-Arden and Devon.

Jean-Marie, his wife Clare and their staff now aim for the same standards at the Bull.
